Darren,
I found this White Paper to be great. I made it required reading for fellow members of my Ad Ops Team. But I wish there was some kind of documentation that could be passed around to Clients detailing some of the necessities of working with DSP's and Ad Exchanges.
The main concern most clients have are the Piggybacking of the DSP and Ad Exchange Pixels through Ad Server Conversion Tags. Clients IT Teams have been really concerned about page load times increasing due to the numerous Pixels that are now firing off.
