Anyhow, I agree largely on the "digital real estate" as I am in the non virtual real estate business and see it as a new way of owning property in this case called space. Also, I am surprised that you say this is NOT the green year, I beg to differ, I think that this upcoming year will have more impact on public acknowledgment then any because of the everyday encounter of this topic with the public.
