Completely ridiculous. Unlike the US, Canada only has about 2-3 main providers (I would say only two offering this service), so it's a duopoly and great stocks to buy but dreadful if you're a customer. Buy Rogers stock, not the service (but inevitably you would have to buy their service since they're the only good ones here).
