This concept fits with another project I'm working on, and is kind of a Business 2.0 version of an accelerator I was part of creating in Irvine, CA back in 2000. The more things change, the more they stay the same...

BTW, love your blog.

Has anyone heard of (or alternately, what would you guys think of) something like Sunshine Suites, but for apartments. Think cheap, small, modular, furnished apartments with amenities like wi-fi, 3 square meals in a common dining area, public restrooms (private showers), etc - it would be like a dorm, but for young startups looking to save money, but have a roof over their heads in Manhattan.

Appreciate the tip about Sunshine Suites -- I'm looking to move operations to NY, Boston, or the Bay Area, so I'll keep them in the back of my mind when the time comes to take that leap.
